Let's Put Michael Where He Belongs.....The Moon....

Yeah, y'all...that's where i'm talking about...the family should cremate Michael-to scare the demented and obsessed fan from trying anything stupid to a gravesite that would need round-the-clock protection- and send his ashes to the one place where we have always placed this homie's pedestal. Here I was, sitting in my room as I watched in shock and disbelief that Michael Jackson, age 50 and quite frankly the greatest entertainer EVER, had suddenly died of cardiac arrest in his home.

It took me a few days of numbness to finally snap out of it and feel an intense sadness for the man who had his share of problems, but was determined to live it up one more time and go out on top. As I'm sitting in my home, watching more news coverage of his death, I watched a clip of Michael doing the moonwalk during the first time he unveiled Billie Jean to a live audience on that Motown special back in the day. And all i could think about is the fact that for those two to four seconds he did that move, you could almost want to say that he's the only guy who ever walked on the moon without ever taking off in a space shuttle. Sure other guys did crazy acrobatic moves that were just as entertaining and almost every dancer has attempted to moonwalk as good as Michael, but how many other dancers would even do the moonwalk in their dance act? Nobody, other than MJ impersonators used the moonwalk as a step in their routine. Who could touch that move?

When this guy's at his performing peak, and he breaks "Billie Jean" out, you know that it ain't right to hear that song without seeing Michael Jackson's signature. Thousands of years from now, somebody's going to go down as one of the best that ever did it. When they step to the podium to thank the world for its embrace, wouldn't it be nice if he/she pointed to the sky to "Jackson's Moon", the biggest star of them all? If they put Michael's ashes on the moon, there won't be a time in life when you could look at the moon and NOT think of the biggest star we've ever seen in lifetimes to come....

Maybe a member of jackson's camp will get this idea and consider it. This is a no-brainer. It's the gift that would keep on giving, until the end of time.....
