Ya know what? I'm going to start a neighborhood-wide petition to take to city council so they can pass into law, an ordinance that will designate two alleyways per ten-block radius, for all drunks and all dudes that are hard pressed to find a bathroom. I mean, c'mon! How many times do I have to jump over the puddle next to the wall on the side of that phone store at the top of my block?!?!
